This month we welcome new colleague Michael Hebben.

As an IC nurse and a training consultant in a university medical center, I have the experience of how incredibly fast technical development goes. With the classical approach of keeping up to date in the job by training, organizations, trainings and professionals will fall behind more and more. Development happens at the job, which is where people work together; learn from and with each other. Innovation happens where professionals experience challenge and freedom and where old-fashioned work relations and hierarchy do not hinder them. (...)"
