A Development Center (DC) is a powerful tool for stimulating the personal growth of the participants and people involved in the organisation and, at the same time, it supports the changes within a team or the organisation. A DC is an excellent opportunity to create a development plan, together with the participant, based on his/her own practices and learning situations. In this way, a beneficial combination of the organisational goals, the required qualifications and the participants' opportunities is brought about.
