'Living and working from your strengths sets you free.' To our sadness, our sparkling colleague Margriet Schut has passed away. Margriet has been part of our company for almost 25 years. She focused on coaching and became a creative and always inquisitive expert in her field. In her own unique and decisive way, she supported others to discover and develop their talents. We regularly meet people who remember Margriet as their coach and cherish her insights.

Een wervelwind aan metaforen, grapjes en inzichten waait je tegemoet als je met Hannes aan de tafel zit. Tegelijk voel je daaronder ook de ernstige intenties van iemand die heel betrokken is en met zijn projecten altijd op zoveel mogelijk maatschappelijke impact mikt. West-Vlaming en wereldburger, vrijwilliger en professional, luchtig maar toch ernstig: Hannes jongleert in werk en privéleven met schijnbare tegenstellingen alsof het niets is.

Dat Kassandra een zachte kracht is merk je meteen als je met haar praat, ze weet duidelijk wie ze is en wat ze wil, maar laat daarbij ook altijd ruimte voor de ander om het gesprek mee vorm te geven. Een gesprek over ecosystemen, gedeeld leiderschap, een passie voor dans, vrijheid in de natuur en nog veel meer.

Vanuit het initiatief ‘leiders van de toekomst’ hebben we gesprekken gevoerd met 23 inspirerende leiders die binnen hun organisatie een stem geven aan duurzaamheid en/of maatschappelijke oriëntatie. We onderzochten momenten van de waarheid van deze ‘toekomstbewuste’ leiders. De praktijkverhalen, lessons learned en bouwstenen voor succes op het vlak van werken aan toekomstbewust handelen delen we nu middels de podcastreeks Leiders van de Toekomst.

Colleague Martine van Es is in Kigali with her family to set up and expand the activities of K&S Rwanda. First insights into the market show that attention to organizational and leadership development is growing.
